Just writing to let everyone know that things are great (busy!) for me lately. I am revamping my site, The Official Potterholics Annonymous as well as working on a new project, christinatorma.com. This will be a site with all my writings, pictures, and a master blog. I'll let you all know when everything is up and ready to go.

Hi!

I'm writing to let you all know that things have been busy but wonderful. I have done alot of things magickal and have produced many beautiful craft pieces (pictures to come!).
My website, The Official Potterholics Annonymous, is being revamped and made even better than before. Please go have a visit if you like Harry Potter, or just fantasy literature in general as we have a whole section for reading.
Just as well, I have a new blog with notes on what I've been reading, articles on Myth and Mystery, and a writing guide, which will also be posted in The Pagan Writers' Guild. I am working on a whole new site, christinatorma.com, which will hold all of my writing, pictures, links to blogs, favorite sites, and a master blog.
Well, that's what's new with me. I'll update again soon! :)

"Not all who wander are aimless."

I have made many charms that do wonders. However, sometimes charms look a little strange or even ugly to the modern eye. Not everyone is comfortable with wearing herbs or pouches around their necks, a beacon shining to let everyone know you're different.

I have been working on making some jewelry using organic stones I found at my local craft store. Organic beads and stones are very "in" right now. They come in a myriad of different beautiful colors, designs, and shapes. I used wire to make loops on either side of a bead and then connected them with links I made with jump rings. Then, I attached a charmed pendant to the bottom. You can make a piece as long or as short as you want and the possibilities for color and design are endless.

I've already made several stunning pieces with this method. Each charm is for different purposes; ranging from energy boosts to protection, love charms, better communication, even to help precognition and visions. I have found that the more you wear a piece, the more it is charged with your own personal energy and works better for you; so if you plan on making one for a gift, cleanse it before wrapping and make as little contact with the charm as possible.

I can feel a storm brewing.
Clouds continue to gather.
Rain never falls.
Endless waiting, never ceases.
I need the end to be more than near.
The tension mounting,
So heavy it moves the clouds.
Thunder sounds.
The air is still;
need for cool,cool rain.
Tears flow in its absence.
I feel abandoned so...
just as the many times before.
I know I need to act.
A need so strong it makes my heart ache.
Alas, I don't even know how.
So I stay.
Waiting, hoping, for the storm that never comes;
The thunder claps louder;
clouds banging in protest of my immobility.
A breeze flows across my tired skin,
makes me shiver,
awakens my need
for the rain.....cool, cool rain.
